- Engage in team meetings and share insights for continual improvement of the customer experience.
- Support the training of new team members by sharing your expertise and customer service knowledge.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a dedicated customer-oriented mindset.
- Capable of engaging with a diverse clientele while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer support applications.
