• Implementation of new procedures, projects, and customers.
• Personnel responsibility administration such as time sheets, salary file, absence routines, updating/maintaining shift plan.
• Used to following service levels - KPIs and SLA’s.
• Follow up on quality and deviations, plan and execute.
• Create and maintain instructions and operations manuals.
• Resource management, shift planning and maintenance
• Covering for other Team leaders.
• Work closely with other departments within Viking Assistance Group.

• You have great experience from leadership or supervision within call call center
• Solid experience from customer service sector
• You speak and write fluent in Swedish
• You speak and write good English.
• You are able to switch from detail to helicopter perspective if necessary.

• You understand the importance of a strong company culture
• You can handle both operational as well as strategic thinking.
• You are good at prioritization and decision making in a hectic environment.
• You are good at working independently.
• You have a structured approach and get things done.
