- Ensure high-quality standards in invoice processing and financial administration.

- Assisting and coaching employees to provide top-notch service to our customers
- Implementation of new procedures, projects, and customers.
- Personnel responsibility administration such as time sheets, salary file, absence
- Used to following service levels - KPIs and SLA’s.
- Follow up on quality and deviations, plan and execute.
- Create and maintaining instructions and operations manuals.
- Resource management, shift planning and maintenance.
- Covering for other Team leaders.
- Work closely with other departments and offices within Viking Assistance Group.
- Proven leadership or team supervision experience, preferably within finance, invoicing, or administrative operations.
- Preferred hands-on experience with invoice processing and financial workflows.
- Solid background in a customer service or call center environment, with an understanding of service levels and KPIs.
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for effective internal and external communication.
- Must be able and willing to work from our office in Torrevieja, Spain.
