- Implementation of new procedures, projects, and customers.
- Personnel responsibility administration such as time sheets, salary file, absence
- Follow up on quality and deviations, plan and execute.
- Create and maintain instructions and operations manuals.
- Resource management, shift planning and maintenance
- Covering for other Team leaders.
- Work closely with other departments within Viking Assistance Group.
- You have great experience from leadership or supervision within call call center
- Solid experience from customer service sector
- You have been a team leader before, or you would like to step up to become one.
- You speak and write fluent in Finnish.
- You speak and write good English.
- You are experienced of changing environment
- You are able to switch from detail to helicopter perspective if necessary.
- You are experienced in recruitment.
- You understand the importance of a strong company culture
- You can handle both operational as well as strategic thinking.
- You are good at prioritization and decision making in a hectic environment.
- You are good at working independently.
