- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales efforts across the EMEA region, focusing on corporate customers.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and partner referrals.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs, demonstrate product value, and close high-value contracts.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Technology teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Provide strategic input into product development based on client feedback and market trends.
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within client organizations to drive long-term engagement and upsell opportunities.
- Create and iterate on sales playbooks, pricing models, and value propositions tailored to enterprise use cases (e.g. employee travel, mobility, remote work, global teams).
- Track and analyze key sales KPIs, using CRM tools to report on progress and optimize performance
- Represent Holafly at relevant industry events, trade shows, and business forums across the EMEA region.
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, SaaS, travel tech, or mobile connectivity solutions. (H)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value enterprise deals. (S)
- Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle, including lead generation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and contract closing. (H)
- Experience selling to international markets and working across multiple time zones. (S)
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills. (S)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. (S)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); other languages such as French, or German are a strong plus. (H)
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. (H)
- Familiarity with eSIM technology, global data roaming, or mobility solutions is a plus. (H)
