- Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients and guests in various hospitality environments.
- Handle inquiries, reservations, and service requests through phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Guide clients through available hospitality services and amenities with clarity and professionalism.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Stay informed about current hospitality trends and updates to offer informed suggestions to clients.
- Record client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capacity to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills oriented towards customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of hospitality services with the ability to communicate this knowledge effectively to clients.
- Competent in utilizing CRM systems and familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
