Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting successful digital outcomes.Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional assistance to Spanish-speaking customers, addressing queries and offering insightful advice on digital store functionalities.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings to effectively meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on how to optimize their experience with the digital store platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to craft strategies that boost customer involvement.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for enhancing the digital shopping experience.
  • Remain informed about emerging trends in e-commerce and digital retail to provide proactive recommendations.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, with a focus on e-commerce or digital retail being preferred.
