We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Barcelona. You’ll work closely with our Sous and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations, maintain high culinary standards, and help lead and inspire a passionate team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operationsSupervise and mentor junior kitchen staffEnsure consistency and quality of dishes according to MR PORTER standardsAssist in creating and developing new menu itemsMaintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standardsHelp manage inventory, orders, and stock controlWork collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive kitchen cultureRequirementsProven experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a high-end restaurantA passion for food, creativity, and hospitalityStrong leadership and communication skillsA team player with a hands-on mentalityExcellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standardsMust be based in Barcelona and eligible to work in SpainFlexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)Fluent in English or Spanish (both is a plus)What We OfferA dynamic and international working environmentOpportunities for growth within a fast-expanding hospitality groupStaff meals during shiftsA competitive salary packageTraining and development opportunitiesA beautiful location in the heart of BarcelonaReady to Join Us?
