Technical Leadership:
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for water system infrastructure and chemical treatments
- Oversee critical systems including ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, and oxidant systems
- Develop and maintain Legionella prevention programs
- Implement Water Utilization Efficiency (WUE) improvements
- Review and influence water chemistry and treatment designs for new facilities
- Coordinate with design engineering teams on system specifications
- Review construction documents and provide technical guidance
- Manage preventative maintenance programs
- Create and implement standard operating procedures
- Monitor system performance and establish benchmarks
- Coordinate with operations managers and field engineering teams

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in water quality and chemical treatment systems
- Extensive knowledge of water treatment technologies and processes
- Experience with industrial water system design and operation
- Experience with data center or critical infrastructure operations
- Knowledge of membrane-based treatment systems and advanced oxidation processes
- Familiarity with building management systems and controls
- Experience with performance-based design alternatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
