- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with sales, product, ops and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales, marketing, product teams regularly
- A proficient level of Italian is required & professional English. We are international!
- Proven track record of 1-2 years in account management, sales, or customer retention, with a strong focus on upselling and cross-selling to maximize client value and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience with drive client retention and renewal by implementing proactive strategies and tailored solutions to prevent churn and maximize long-term client value.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex client needs, building long-term relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail to ensure quality and consistency in client interactions.
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
