
Head of Regional Service Quality, MED- Madrid Office

- Define and implement strategic quality initiatives across local service organizations.
- Analyze and advise on quality performance metrics, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Act as the main point of contact for Quality in the sub-region, including compliance issue escalations.
- Support turbine audits to identify issues that lead to downtime and performance loss.
- Help reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) by addressing lost production factors (LPF), load deviations (LDs), and service backlogs.
- Conduct quality training and awareness programs within the region.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across countries and teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Quality-related role.
- Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (Quality Management System)
- Fluency in English.
- Skilled communication, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in complex, international environments.
