At Honest Greens, we partner with businesses to deliver curated meal programs and food experiences that improve well-being, productivity, and culture.As a Sales Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing our B2B client base across Europe. You'll be responsible for prospecting, closing deals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience — from the first conversation to post-sale onboarding.What You’ll Do:
  • Prospect new business opportunities through outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events).
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to analyze target markets and identify qualified opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle: qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during both the sales and post-sales phases.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Represent Honest Greens at tastings, meetings, and partner activations when needed.

What We’re Looking For: • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. • Comfortable with cold outreach and consultative selling. • Fluent in English and Spanish (French is a plus). • Organized, self-driven, and solution-oriented. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Familiar with CRM tools and sales platforms (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.).
