You will be part of a smart, innovative, and experienced team with a broad range of skills and a really sociable and positive attitude.your functionsYou will play an important role in driving our business growth by acquiring new clients. You will contact potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives via calls and emails. Your responsibilities will include:
New Business:
Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated markets.
Conduct research to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into opportunities.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospects and clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals effectively.
Continuously monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company.position requisitesFormación : Licenciado, GradoIdiomas : Alemán: C1Conocimientos : crmExperiencia : 2 años1-2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, with a focus on SMBs.
Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs (quotas, conversion rates, lead generation targets).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, SalesForce) and sales automation software.
Familiarity with inbound sales methodologies or content-driven sales techniquesyour benefitsPermanent
