- Manage Commercial & Pricing strategic projects, assess their business cases & prioritize based on value for Veepee, Brands & Members
- Be the guardian of competitiveness & profitability by setting pricing and shipping fees guidelines & methodology
- Set up Commercial & Pricing key objectives & KPIs to measure impact on business performance

- Accompany Change Management & Track adoption
- Size workload, manage recruitment & ensure workload is well distributed
- Be responsible for the development and cohesion of your team
- Train and develop the skills of your team
- At least +8 years of professional experience in a Sales department, or in Consulting, with the following skills:
- Masters degree (business administration, finance, engineering, or similar)
- Previous role in Marketing & Sales, finance or strategic consulting highly preferred
- Experience in Advanced Project Management, involving Problem solving & strategic thinking
- Ability to work collaboratively & navigate within a complex matrix organization
- Former experience in managing a team
- Comfortable & Impactful Communication skills - manage to collaborate & influence all levers Exco to Operational, positively managing the change
- Empathy & Human Relationship
- Excellent analytical Skills, knowledge & ability to derive data-driven business insights
- Computer skills - highly proficient using financial analysis tools such as Excel, SQL is a plus.
- Fluent business English.
