As the Sales Account Executive Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in our expanding team, focusing specifically on leading and advancing the sales efforts for the performance and expenses features of our cutting-edge HR software. You'll be instrumental in the growth and success of a newly established team dedicated to this strategic initiative.What Will You Be Doing?
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives Portuguese Market, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring their success.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, driving motivation and accountability.
- Take ownership of managing Sales-qualified deals and enhancing the customer experience, particularly in the execution of the sales cycle for our Expenses functionality.
- Identify, engage with, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making journey, steering them through the entire sales cycle to successful closure.
- Develop innovative account plans and strategies to surpass sales quotas, employing creative and consultative selling techniques.
- Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide accurate forecasts of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Possess a Hunter + Farmer mentality, demonstrating hunger, persistence, and a strong work ethic.
- Have at least 2 years of closing B2B sales within SaaS-based companies or digital transformation environments.
- Experience leading a team of Account Executives and managing people.
- Adept skills in data analysis and commercial strategy development.
- Excel as a communicator, quickly establishing rapport and empathizing with individuals.
- Proactively generate and champion new ideas, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
