- Implement the medical and scientific strategy aligned with HQ and local objectives.
- Coordinate clinical studies and research projects in Spain and Portugal.
- Support and promote participation in scientific events and society partnerships.
- Stay updated on relevant scientific and medical developments.
- Develop and execute professional education plans with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality and effective blended learning programs.
- Manage relationships with healthcare professionals, societies, and key opinion leaders.
- Organize and evaluate continuing medical education initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations.
- Support internal policy implementation and training on compliance topics.
- Conduct internal checks and report any non-compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations, report performance to HQ.
- Track KPIs, manage budgets, and maintain training/scientific event tools.
- Minimum 5 years in Medical and Scientific Affairs within the medical device or related healthcare industry.
- Solid experience in managing clinical studies and research projects.
- Proven track record in professional education and training coordination.
- Experience interacting with HCPs and scientific societies in a compliant manner.
- Deep understanding of FENIN, APORMED, and MedTech Europe regulations.
- Strong compliance acumen in HCP/HCO engagement and promotional practices.
- High level of English.
