- Lead the Client Advisors team, aiming at transforming each client experience into special moments by creating a hand-crafted experience
- Together with Store Management, responsible for achieving the commercial targets through an efficient and effective organization of the team and a successful management of the product
- Lead a high performing client facing and service orientated team.
- Coach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all clients are given the highest standard of experience.
- Support the Store Management in driving the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client
- Demonstrate best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor to provide excellent and specialized customer service and develop meaningful client relationships through CRM initiatives
- Guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clienteling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, grooming etc. taking action to solve problems with positive outcome
- Collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising ensuring high standards of store presentation through proactive and creative visual merchandising, aligned with brand guidelines.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in luxury retail, coordinating, training and empowering a Client Advisor team
- A proven track record delivering sales in a luxury retail environment, as well in Clientelling activities
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
- Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients
- Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage
