
e-Tech Project Engineer -Automotive Mechanical Components

- Ensure QCD convergence of e-Tech components (PEB, ME) with internal engineering teams and the OEM partner.
- Lead project organization, planning, and risk management following the JPOM methodology.
- Coordinate QCDP phases: setting objectives, consolidating, managing, and validating project convergence.
- Deliver technical documentation including engagement fiches, CPP/CPTA dossiers, PQP milestone files, BOMs, validation plans, and transfer packages.
- Report monthly on project status, risks, and solutions.
- Support the transition from project development to mass production.
- Extensive experience in automotive engineering, with expertise in e-Tech and GMP mechanical components.
- Strong background in feasibility studies, product and process design, and industrialization.
- Project management expertise with proven ability to coordinate across functions and with OEM partners.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Outstanding communication skills: ability to animate meetings, draft reports, negotiate, and present.
- Technical knowledge of:
- Automotive development methodologies (V3P, JPOM, ANPQP).
- Quality frameworks: Design-to-Quality, EQM, standards and compliance processes.
- Problem-solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, QC Story, PDCA).
- Engine and e-Tech subsystems, fuel efficiency, emissions, and thermodynamics.
- Proficiency in collaborative and engineering platforms: Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, SIGNE, One-View.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills; structured and rigorous.
