- Strategic Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of major initiatives (e.g. Academic Integrity system, Academic Development projects, student feedback systems, etc.).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with academic departments (Schools, faculty, etc.), Student Experience and Services, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, integration, and impact of projects.
- Student-Centric Design: Embed student voice and needs into project design, implementation, and evaluation to foster engagement, belonging, and academic success.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability. Synthesize data from multiple surveys to generate actionable insights and develop KPIs that measure progress toward institutional goals.
- Innovation & Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation in teaching, learning, and student services, and pilot initiatives that advance excellence and differentiation.
- Communication & Change Management: Develop clear communication and change management strategies to engage faculty, staff, and students in institutional projects.
- Reporting & Advisory: Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to the Vice Provost and leadership teams to inform strategic decision-making.
- Culture of Excellence: Contribute to the development of a people-first, service-oriented culture across IE, ensuring students, staff, and faculty are actively connected to IE’s values.
- Master’s Degree.
- Knowledge of the academic world, higher education administration, and the national and significant international experience and experience of cultural diversity.
- At least 10 years professional experience.
- Proven organizational, problem-solving skills, project and team management skills.
- High level of communication and inter-personal skills.
