- Manage the entire sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal and close.
- Qualify inbound leads
- Reduce sales cycle time by identifying blockers and optimizing touchpoints
- Keep CRM up to date with complete and accurate deal data
- Achieve or exceed your monthly revenue targets
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in fintech, cybersecurity or compliance
- Experience using CRMs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Portuguese is a plus
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Results-driven, ambitious and proactive
- Understanding of KYC, AML or identity verification
