As our sole in-house finance professional, you’ll play a pivotal role in building robust accounting systems and helping steer our financial growth.What You’ll DoFull-cycle accounting: journal entries, month-end close, reconciliationsFinancial reporting & analysis: prepare management reports; develop forecasting models and cash-flow projectionsOperational support: set up and refine processes for A/R, A/P and month-end routinesSystem design: collaborate with CEO and external consultants to implement scalable accounting workflows in A3 ERPContinuous improvement: propose and roll out new tools, automations or dashboards to enhance visibility and efficiencyWhat We’re Looking ForEducation & qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similarProfessional accounting certification (e.g. ACCA, ICAEW or Spanish equivalent)Experience:≥ 2 years in corporate accounting roles (start-ups or SMEs preferred; NO nonprofit/association-only backgrounds)Technical skills:Proficiency in A3 ERP (standard in Spain)Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas; VBA not required)Language:Spanish – professional fluencyEnglish – minimum B2 (written reporting in English is required)Any additional languages = plusPersonal attributes:Highly ambitious, proactive and quick to learnStrong attention to detail with a “big-picture” mindsetComfortable working autonomously and as part of a remote-friendly teamBenefits & PerksFlexible benefits package (tailored for standout candidates)Hybrid model: up to 2 days remote per week (3 days in-office recommended; more if preferred)Occasional extended hours during peak season (June) with flexible scheduling * Direct access to company leadership and exposure to international operations
