Description: We’re partnering with a global leader in e-commerce to find a strategic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team in Madrid. Proficiency in Chinese is highly valued, as the role involves regular communication with the company’s headquarters in China.Your MissionManage the full recruitment cycle—from role brief to onboardingBuild and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needsPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements and evaluation criteriaWrite clear, attractive job descriptions and publish across relevant channelsSource top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreachEngage passive candidates through market mapping and strategic outreachOrganize recruitment events and help build a strong employer brandMaintain recruitment dashboards and reports for leadershipDevelop relationships with universities and training centers for pipeline growthWhat You BringExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsConfidence in managing complex conversations with professionalismStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated, adaptable, and solution-focused mindsetCuriosity and a passion for building exceptional teamsStrategic thinking around sourcing and hiring techniquesYour ProfileRequirements: Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field2–3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in an e-commerce or tech environmentNative Spanish, fluent EnglishChinese language proficiency is highly preferredProficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
