- Define and own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap across our product offerings
- Build and maintain a rigorous prioritization process grounded in customer impact, commercial value, and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Engineering to align roadmap with business objectives and market feedback
- Present roadmap updates and tradeoffs directly to the CEO, Leadership Team, and Board
- Drive Simply.TV’s AI product strategy, shaping how AI is embedded across both external products and internal operations
- Design and lead initiatives that apply AI and LLMs to elevate our data platform and editorial workflows
- Identify high-impact use cases where AI can enhance customer value or drive operational efficiency
- Expand and evolve our AI-powered product features, ensuring they align with customer needs and market trends
- Evaluate, test, and integrate cutting-edge AI models, frameworks and toolkits
- Build and lead a high-performing Product & AI team — hiring PMs, ML product leads, and analysts as needed
- Establish product development best practices (OKRs, product specs, feedback loops)
- Drive clear handoffs with Engineering, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold quality standards
- Foster a culture of experimentation, iteration, and customer obsession
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with 3+ years in AI/ML product leadership
- Deep expertise in applied AI/ML, with a track record of building and scaling AI-native products
- Experience working with LLMs and generative AI, ideally in areas like content processing, natural language understanding, or search
- Background in or deep familiarity with data-centric companies, with a strong grasp of data pipelines, governance, and quality
- Proven ability to set product vision, translate into actionable roadmaps, and drive org-wide alignment
- Experience applying AI/ML to complex, high-volume data environments (e.g. media, SaaS, search, marketplaces, etc.)
- Sharp product instincts and bias for execution in dynamic, high-growth settings
- Executive presence with ability to present to board-level stakeholders and communicate tradeoffs clearly
- Strong understanding of the metadata and media landscape is a plus (EPGs, schedules, enrichment, etc.)
- Familiarity with modern AI/ML tooling: OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, Pinecone/Weaviate, etc.
- Ability to engage deeply with engineers and data scientists to scope AI solutions
- Solid grasp of LLM architectures, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, and evaluation metrics
