- Build strategic B2B partnerships and corporate training opportunities.
- Develop initiatives to expand SheCodes into new geographies and markets.
- Elevate SheCodes into a global brand through creative marketing and partnerships.
- Operations & Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations across product, marketing, finance, and student support.
- Implement systems for accountability, reporting, and scalable growth.
- Manage and mentor a distributed team, building a culture of ownership and excellence.
- Ensure financial health through budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring.
- Founder’s Partner
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for the CEO.
- Free up the CEO to focus on vision, product, and brand by taking charge of execution.
- Bring fresh ideas, challenge assumptions, and turn ambition into action.
- Proven experience in a senior operations or growth leadership role (COO, CMO, GM, or similar) in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer-facing digital businesses.
- Strong track record of scaling teams, systems, and new business lines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led company.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; inspires and holds teams accountable.
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
