Now we’re entering a new chapter: expanding into new verticals, building partnerships, and elevating SheCodes into a global brand that empowers millions of women.The RoleWe are looking for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our leadership team. This person will work side by side with the Founder & CEO to both scale operations and drive bold growth initiatives. The CGO will translate vision into execution while actively leading SheCodes into its next phase of expansion — whether that’s launching new verticals (AI, Finance, Leadership, Design), building strategic B2B partnerships, or growing SheCodes’ global presence. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a mission-driven EdTech brand with a global audience, while playing a central role in its growth story.Key Responsibilities
  • Growth & Expansion
  • Identify, test, and scale new verticals (SheCodes AI, Finance, Leadership, etc.).
  • Build strategic B2B partnerships and corporate training opportunities.
  • Develop initiatives to expand SheCodes into new geographies and markets.
  • Elevate SheCodes into a global brand through creative marketing and partnerships.
  • Operations & Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across product, marketing, finance, and student support.
  • Implement systems for accountability, reporting, and scalable growth.
  • Manage and mentor a distributed team, building a culture of ownership and excellence.
  • Ensure financial health through budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring.
  • Founder’s Partner
  • Act as a strategic sparring partner for the CEO.
  • Free up the CEO to focus on vision, product, and brand by taking charge of execution.
  • Bring fresh ideas, challenge assumptions, and turn ambition into action.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior operations or growth leadership role (COO, CMO, GM, or similar) in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer-facing digital businesses.
  • Strong track record of scaling teams, systems, and new business lines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led company.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; inspires and holds teams accountable.
  • Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
