With the support of 4,000 employees across 6 countries, operating in 13 production units and 3 engineering centers, we serve over 100 clients.At Draxton Barcelona (E&A Headquarters), we are looking to hire a Junior Quality Specialist.🎯 Main Responsibilities:
  • You will learn to coordinate the supplier selection and approval process, ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards.
You’ll get familiar with key regulations such as IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3, participating in audits, risk analysis, and action plan follow-up.You’ll support the review of technical documentation (PPAP, PSW) and the validation of first samples for new projects.You will help monitor quality and delivery KPIs, contributing to supplier performance evaluations alongside the purchasing team.You’ll assist in managing quality incidents, non-conformities, and potential supplier escalations.You’ll help improve the purchasing process by proposing new indicators and contributing to continuous improvement plans.You’ll be responsible for maintaining supplier documentation, including quality agreements, certifications, ESG evaluations, and legal requirements.💡 To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A higher technical education background.
  • Advanced English level (B2 or above) – a technical test will be required.
  • Key skills: organizational abilities, decision-making, flexibility, and strong communication.
