Account Executive - Mexican Market (Financial Background)

- Build and manage a pipeline of companies with strong international operations
- Identify key stakeholders (CFOs, Group Treasurers, Financial Controllers) and understand their FX workflows across Mexican mid-to-large corporates with international exposure
- Educate prospects on currency risk and how Kantox can improve their financial performance through automation
- Deliver tailored demos and presentations with clear financial impact
- Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding and high long-term value
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the Fintech / Banking sectors or the software industry (SaaS)
- 5+ years of experience as a consultant at a leading consulting firm or as a treasurer working in a larger corporation
- Based in Barcelona or open to relocation
- Proven track record of successfully selling and communicating to C-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the Logistics ecosystem
- Spanish as a native language.
- Fluent level of English.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Strong background in finance, economics or business administration
- Familiarity with consultative and value-based sales methodologies
- Understanding of financial concepts such as hedging, FX exposure, and exchange rates
- Strong self-management skills and ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
