- Work exclusively on a curated list of high-potential target companies, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises.
- Manage the complete sales cycle for assigned accounts, from qualification to close, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Build and execute effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Responsible for launching and managing the client’s account during their first year with Factorial. This includes ensuring a successful implementation, addressing their ongoing needs, and driving account growth by expanding the number of seats, functionalities, and overall adoption of Factorial within their organization.
- Conduct in-person visits with prospective clients to establish strong relationships and gain deeper insights into their needs.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and track revenue performance, ensuring transparency and alignment with leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the XL leadership team and cross-functional departments (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience) to align on strategies and deliver exceptional results.
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a B2B sales or account executive role, preferably within in enterprise sales or working with large, complex organizations. Experience in SaaS or digital transformation industries is a plus.
- Hybrid Professional: Comfortable with both remote work and conducting in-person client meetings as required. Ideally based in France.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and building long-term client relationships.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop account plans and execute strategies for expanding market presence.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (proficient) and English (professional level).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRMs.
- Proactive: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to take ownership of the launch and expansion strategy in the market.
- Analytical & Organized: Capable of managing pipelines, providing accurate forecasts, and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
