  • Participate in defining and implementing HR strategy and policies aligned with the objectives and needs of the Spanish subsidiary and adapting to international guidelines.
  • Drive the scope of the Human Resources Department to improve the employee experience and strengthen the organization's Employer Branding.
  • Determine actions and initiatives to maximize talent, create a talent map, establish succession plans for key positions, strengthen recruitment and selection channels, define development (Career Path) and training (Learning Path) policies.
  • Achieve quality and performance standards in the Department and the company, making it eligible for success in HR quality certifications (Top Employer, Best Place to Work, etc.).
  • Define job maps, technical and competency descriptions for each, as well as an optimal performance evaluation system.
  • Establish a compensation and benefits policy based on internal equity, structured and leveled internally, competitive within the sector.
  • Coordinate relationships with external department suppliers and collaborators.
  • Keep updated on regulations defined by current labor legislation.
  • Ensure Equality, Diversity, and Equity, as well as transparency and professional ethics.
  • Meet assigned quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Leader of the Human Resources Department|Large multinational company with a franchise network in Spain
  • University degree, preferably in Law, Labor Relations and Human Resources, or similar.
  • Ideally, a Master's or Postgraduate degree related to HR management.
  • Over 15 years of experience in various HR functions within multinational companies of similar dimensions.
  • Generalist role experience with a focus on the soft side of HR.
  • Extensive knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices.
  • Experience in leading a transformation process in the HR department and upgrading established strategies and policies.
  • Very high level of English; knowledge of other languages is a positive factor.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
