An important part of its global production is carried out in Europe, placing the patient at the center of everything TEVA does and with a firm, transparent and ethical commitment to society and the environment.We are currently looking for a HR Generalist in our Zaragoza´s manufacturing site and Logistic Center to implement and monitor a variety of human resource programs. You will anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management, supporting the business to develop and achieve Organizational & People plans taking into account functional, local and global strategies. This will include the support of processes like employee onboarding, employee engagement, development, performance management, I&D and Well-being culture, training, HR compliance, compensation & benefits and HR project management.How you'll spend your day
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes in our site: talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, training, employee growth and employee retention, among others
  • Work closely in partnership with Spain HR managers
  • Transactional activities like being in charge of the employee files
  • Absenteeism management
  • Annual training plan
  • Time & Attendance system
  • Update Job Descriptions
  • Strengthen and nurture our culture in alignment with the company's values and goals.
  • Work in partnership & collaboration with different HR Center of Expertise.
  • Oversees all recruitment activities for the site and takes proactive steps to ensure there is a robust talent pool.
  • Maintain knowledge of local HR policies and programs and ensure legal compliance.
  • Provide support to managers & employees in relation to general HR questions and resolves issues in a timely manner.
  • Handle and process payroll duties
  • Actively identifies gaps, process, suggest solutions and implement changes required.
  • Work with employees across the functions to develop/maintain high levels of engagement.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Excellent command of English (it's a must!)
  • Bachelor´s degree (preferably in the area of Human Resources/Business Administration/Psychology/Economy...)
  • Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years as HR Generalist
  • Proven ability to influence, persuade, facilitate and build credibility at all levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas; talent acquisition, training and development, compensation and benefits, welfare, performance management, employee retention, change management and cross-functional way of working
  • Analytical, decision-making and delivery skills
  • Good knowledge of labour law and employment regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. People oriented
  • Ability to think strategically and conceptually and work on multiple tasks at the same time.
