- Responsible for managing Sales qualified deals, and effectively developing the customer experience, throughout the execution of the sales cycle for our Performance functionality.
- Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationship with existing customers while focusing on the account development through upselling and cross selling.
- Identify, navigate, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making process, across the whole sales cycle to a point of close.
- Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
- Establish and regularly conduct high-level negotiating with C-Suite and VP -Level Executives.
- Think creatively and utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively drive prospects throughout the sales process.
- Provide a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our clients.
- Hunter + Farmer mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle.
- Have experience in Sales/B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.
- You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
- You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
- You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop
- A proficient level of Portuguese is required & professional English.We are international!
- More than 2 years of experience in sales.
- You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.
- Experience in Full cycle sales B2B.
- Previous experience in the SMBs market.
