Job Category: Human ResourcesJob Description:We are seeking an HR Specialist with strong Spanish language skills and expert in Spanish Labor and Administrative processes to join the Employee Services Country People Team in Spain.This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth execution of HR processes with a heavy component of Spain country specific aspects, while also contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the Employee Services Europe South Cluster team.Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized expertise in HR processes for Nokia Spain:
  • Labor Law and Collective Bargaining: follow up and implement changes about Spanish labor law and collective bargaining agreements, ensuring compliance across Nokia Spain processes.
  • Union Relations: Support the Spain Country People Manager (CPM) in managing relationships with labor unions.
  • Restructuring Support: Manage the accurate calculation of severance packages, social security contributions, final settlements etc during restructuring processes.
  • Payroll Coordination: Liaise with the payroll team to ensure accurate implementation of changes related to collective agreements, labor law updates, taxes, benefits, and other payment to the employees related matters.
  • Finance Department Liaison: Collaborate with the Finance department on HR-related financial topics.
  • Audit and Inspection Support: Provide support during audits and labor inspections.
  • Calculate insurance & pension plan payments related to employee benefits.
  • Mercer Liaison: Manage coordination with Mercer regarding pension plans and insurance related topics.
  • Work independently within established HR guidelines to analyze information, make informed decisions, and resolve operational and transactional issues.
  • Support and guide team members by sharing knowledge related to country complex HR-related topics.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, and services, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness in the country operations.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of HR experience in Spanish Labor and Administrative processes.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and team member of the People ES CPM Europe South.
  • Experience with NOKIA HR & payroll systems
