  • Communications and Information Systems (CIS) to support Command function and Decision Making:
  • Embedded electronics for military aircraft
  • Tactical Communications
  • Radio Navigation Aids for air traffic
As part of the Legal & Contract team, you will support the company's Legal & Contracts department in whatever tasks are necessaryMainly, your tasks you will:
  • Support the area of offers
  • Commercial contracting
  • Contract management
  • Corporate law
  • Compliance
Competences:Technical/functional skills:
  • Law degree
  • Ability to understand legal concepts, draft contract clauses, and generate legal reports
  • Capacity in matters relating to Registries and Notaries
  • Ability to interpret administrative and technical specifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite tools, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windchill (databases)
  • High level of English & Spanish
Other (advantage):
  • Any level of French would be a plus
