- Carrier Relationship Management & Negotiation: Build and maintain strong relationships with global mobile carriers; lead negotiations to secure competitive terms.
- Contract Management: Drive and manage contract execution to optimize pricing, features, and technology integrations.
- Operational Implementation: Coordinate with internal teams to efficiently launch and maintain carrier agreements.
- Performance & Market Analysis: Evaluate carrier performance, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for strategic improvement.
- Process Optimization: Ensure smooth end-to-end management of carrier partnerships, from onboarding to contract renewal, minimizing operational inefficiencies.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or carrier relations within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven negotiation and contract management experience with international mobile operators.
- Solid understanding of MNO, MVNO, and MVNE business models.
- Experience with performance analytics and strategic decision-making.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level or higher); additional languages are a plus.
- Background in fast-paced, multicultural, global environments.
- Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience working with mobile carriers or telecom providers.
- Familiarity with eSIM and GSMA technologies.
- International work experience or exposure to global markets.
