- Analyze the marketplace, develop an effective territory sales strategy, and achieve the targets.
- Promote our full portfolio for critical care (Temporary Pacing Electrodes, Incontinence and TTM), keeping and creating new opportunities.
- Use Salesforce.com every working days keeping updated the customer data, field activities and all commercial agreements.
- Perform all activities to maximize sales from identify of the opportunity business till close the business and implementation.
- Identify and address all key decision makers (clinical, administrative/economic) and KOL in all accounts and work with them to develop the therapy.
- Influence and negotiation based on value, with the potential to create ideal trading positions that, as a result, increase margins.
- Develop existing accounts to ensure the therapy is implemented and all patients and health care professionals can benefit from our solutions.
- Leverage the Cost effective (HEOR) models, work with KOLs, Hospitals and Medical societies to increase the penetration of our solutions.
- Train all professional health care involved on therapy to ensure all of them are capacities to implement the TTM Therapy.
- Areas of responsibility: Madrid, Castilla la Mancha and Castilla León.
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience
- Significant sales experience within the healthcare environment. Interventional knowledge preferred and/or a strong understanding of clinical practice in acute care.
- Experience working with CRM as salesforce.com
- Fluent in English.
