International Area Manager – China Market

• Develop sales, market penetration and brand visibility in the Asian markets.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Procurement, Demand Planning) to adapt the global strategy to local market needs.
• Ensure that local partners execute brand protocols and commercial objectives in line with global guidelines.
• Travel regularly to Asia to strengthen relationships, monitor sell-out, stock levels, and in-store execution.
• Monitor commercial performance, account profitability (P&L), and identify business growth opportunities.
• Track consumer behavior, competitor activity, and market trend
• Represent MartiDerm at key trade shows and business events.

• Previous experience managing international markets, especially China or/and APAC region.
• University degree in Business Administration, International Trade or Marketing. MBA is a plus.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of Mandarin and/or Spanish is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication skills, strategic mindset, cultural sensitivity and business acumen.
• Availability to travel regularly and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Based in Barcelona area
