- 360º commercial vision: participating in all commercial phases, from events, forums, and commercial presentations to the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, concluding with the award and signing of contracts.
- Leadership in proposals and client relations.
- Business development in defined geographical areas and reference sectors (primarily energy and infrastructure).
- Supporting the internationalization process of the Consulting unit, with a greater emphasis on marine environmental consulting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or in a project management role, with the motivation to grow in the commercial area.
- Higher education in Environmental Sciences, Marine Sciences, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's or postgraduate degree related to environmental protection, natural resources, environmental impact, energy transition, etc.
- Experience in bids for international consulting projects.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Residence in Madrid (or central Spain), and availability to travel internationally for business meetings as required.
- Experience in business development and bid management for consulting projects in international markets such as Portugal, France, West Africa, LATAM, or the Middle East.
- Language skills: French, Portuguese.
- Client portfolio in the energy sector.
- Experience in marine field campaigns.
- Permanent contract.
