- Plan and support leadership activities, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements to drive informed decision-making.
- Improve workflows and streamline processes for effective team collaboration.
- Coordinate team logistics, organize key meetings, and maintain documentation in SharePoint.
- Investigate issues, assist with billing processes, and help partners deliver on time and with quality.
- Experience or education in a research or data-driven field such as economics, business, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are appreciated.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; comfortable managing complexity and representing conceptual ideas visually.
