You will focus on effectively supporting each employee in your team, which means competence development and responsibility of each employee and making sure everyone meets our overall goals. The tasks also include leading operations, quality assurance, coaching, reporting, and following up on measurable production results. What we are looking for:
  • Native-level German and advanced English language user
  • Personal KPI's on target (AHT, Quality, CSAT and CPH) for internal candidates
  • Zero unjustified absence in 2025 for internal candidates
  • Working hours will vary between the opening hours, in the evening shift
