  • Salary: €2,040 gross/month (full-time)
  • Bonus: Up to 15% of the monthly salary
  • Contract: Permanent, with a 2-month probation period
  • Hours: 39 hours per week
  • Training: 2 weeks of training, 1 week of supported calls, plus 1 extra training week
  • Office/Remote: First 3 months on-site, afterwards partial work from home possible with team leader approval

Join Transcom as a Customer Service Representative!As a customer service agent for Odido Service & Tech, you’ll answer questions about mobile, internet, and TV, such as:
  • Mobile services: How do I install my SIM card? How do I get internet on my phone?
  • Home services: My internet is slow, what now? How do I set up my TV box?
You’ll assist customers with their queries, but sales are also an important part of your role. With your commercial mindset, you’ll know exactly when cross- or upselling adds value — both for the customer and for results.What we’re looking for
  • Language skills: Dutch (C2) and English (C1)
  • Opening hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and weekends 09:00–17:30
  • Availability:
  • Available 5 days/week, Monday morning required
  • 3 evenings/week until 20:00 (Friday evening mandatory)
  • 2 weekends/month (Sat/Sun)
  • Flexible to work more/less hours depending on workload (this does not affect salary/contract hours)
  • Service-oriented: Excellent communication skills and customer-friendly
  • Technical affinity: Strong interest in technology and solid computer skills
  • Sales skills: Commercial mindset and ability to seize sales opportunities
  • Problem-solving: Proactive and efficient in helping customers
  • Important: To be eligible, candidates must have the legal right to live and work in Spain
