International dermocosmetic company, B Corp certified, is looking for a PUBLIC AFFAIRS LEAD at its headquarters in Barcelona.Their mission will be to contribute to the development, leadership, and execution of the institutional positioning strategy and high-value relationships, both nationally and internationally, aligned with the company’s global vision, purpose, and ESG commitments. He/she will take on the following challenges:
  • Leading Institutional Relationship Building and Management.
  • Defining and Executing the Institutional Positioning Strategy.
  • Driving Institutional Intelligence and Regulatory Anticipation.
  • Leading Institutional and Reputational Crisis Management.
  • Steering Corporate Diplomacy and International Influence.
  • Directing Lobbying and Interest Representation.
Requirements:
  • High communication and interpersonal skills; Impact and influence capacity with transversal leadership. Strategic vision aligned with the business. Institutional sensitivity and Sense of diplomacy. Pressure tolerance. Results orientation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Communication, Economics, or similar. A Master's degree or significant postgraduate education in Public Affairs, Institutional Relations, ESG, or Regulation is highly valued.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in increasingly responsible roles within Public Affairs, Institutional Relations, or similar, with proven leadership experience in multinational companies, public organizations, leading public affairs consultancies, or specialized firms. Extensive experience working with international subsidiaries or in complex multicultural environments.
  • Languages: Fluent and professional proficiency in Spanish & English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is a strong asset.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
