Join us and be part of a mission that truly changes lives.About the RoleWe're looking for a structured, data-driven Head of Operations who can turn vision into a repeatable, cross-market engine.You'll align company strategy with tactical objectives, own financial modeling and forecasting, build the internal KPI infrastructure, and streamline processes across all teams. From therapist payouts to BI dashboards, you'll ensure that how we work scales just as fast as where we grow.You'll collaborate with the founders, as well as the Product, Marketing, Supply, and Support teams, to align goals, uncover insights, and unlock new opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & tactical meetings facilitation – facilitate quarterly Strategy meetings, monthly results, and weekly status meetings; drive clear agendas and action-tracking
  • Objectives & KPI execution – maintain company-wide goal-setting framework: Objectives, Key Results, KPIs; monitor & control execution of Objectives & KPIs, highlight and resolve blockers, improve cross-departmental cooperation, ensure that company strategic objectives are on track
  • Financial ownership – own P&L, Balance sheet, Department budget Plan vs Actual; work hand-in-hand with our accountant and fractional CFO to deliver monthly closes and financial reports
  • Financial modelling – build and iterate revenue, margin, and unit economics models; ensure the company maintains the profitability targets
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting - own the BI stack (built on Looker / Metabase); guarantee a single source of truth for CAC, LTV, therapist performance/utilization, financials; Prepare high-level monthly & quarterly reports for the team and investors
  • Vendor & legal counsel management – coordinate accountants, fractional CFO, and external legal teams; ensure contracts, filings, and vendor projects are on time and within budget
  • AdminOps - oversee payroll approvals and processing, CRM/HRIS hygiene, procurement, cost optimizations, and other backbone tasks that keep a distributed team running smoothly
  • C-suite impact – report to co-founders; help define company-wide strategy based on operational insights and growth opportunities
Success Metrics:
  • 100 % on-time completion of monthly Financials, KPIs a and Objectives reporting
  • 95% accuracy on Forecasting & Budget vs Actuals
  • BI dashboards adoption by departments
Expectations:
  • 6 + years in Operations or Business Operations leadership roles in high-growth tech products
  • Proven ownership of financial modelling, forecasting, and budget management
  • Track record of designing and scaling cross-functional processes in distributed teams
  • Hands-on experience with BI/analytics tooling (Looker, Metabase, SQL, etc)
  • Strong facilitation skills - you can turn a messy brainstorm into clear decisions and owners
  • Ability to think strategically yet dive into operational detail (process maps, SOPs, SLA dashboards)
  • Fluency in English (C1 +)
  • Passion for mental health and a builder's mindset
Would be a plus:
  • Background in two-sided marketplaces
  • Experience managing fractional finance and legal vendors
  • Proven track record of operational improvements boosting revenue/profitability
  • Fluency Ukrainian or Spanish language
