  • Cotización, negociación, seguimiento y cierre de eventos en el Hotel
  • grupos solo F&B, bajo supervisión
  • MICE: Coordinación con Dpto. de Project Managers de Cluster
  • Barcelona para futuros grupos en el hotel.
  • Recepción de información de grupos, envío y distribución de OS a todos
  • los departamentos, asistencia de grupos in house, bajo supervisión.
  • Seguimiento de cumplimiento de objetivos marcados (MICE)
  • Gestión de Visitas (Visitas de inspección para futuros grupos u otras)
  • Gestión de programa interno Ser MICE
  • Asistencia para crear ordenes de servicio de los eventos de F&B
  • Aportación de ideas / nuevos proyectos de mejora en el Departamento
  • Asistencia en informes semanales
  • Asistencia en gestión de informes mensuales
What are we looking for?Se requiere:
  • Habilidades comunicativas y de negociación
  • -Aptitud para desenvolverse en la atención al cliente, gestión de estrés
  • Horario flexible
  • Idiomas: inglés indispensable, se valoran conocimientos de otros idiomas
  • Sistema Operativo Opera (Paquete Sales &Catering)
  • Sistema operativo Microsoft office
