To outpace the competition in seizing new markets and to perfect the art of swift and effective establishment in the international gaming sector.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer (iGaming) for a 1-2 months contract to join our global team and help us bring exceptional talent onboard to enhance our customers' experience.
  • Source candidates for a wide range of vacancies, including technical, marketing, and non-technical positions in Asia region.
  • Use a variety of tools and platforms to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Work closely with recruiters
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in iGaming recruitment
  • Proven track record of successful placements of Korean and Japanese candidates
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
