You will provide assistance with questions on the product portfolio, import/export procedures, first-level technical support, complaints, and support with the use of the IoT technologies these vehicles are equipped with, including apps.In this role, you will utilize your language skills in ITALIAN, to provide outstanding customer service and support.Key Languages:C2 or full professional level of Italian / Italiano
Fluency in English is required, training is English.Main Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers: This involves promptly and professionally handling all incoming communication from customers, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Provide information about products, resolve client queries, and explain company policies: As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed information about the company's products, addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have, and explaining company policies in a clear and helpful manner.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding service to clients: As a customer service representative, you will be the face of the company, representing its values and commitment to exceptional service. You will strive to provide an outstanding customer experience, building rapport with clients and ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and care.
