- Supporting the development of the company's FP&A strategy
- Building strong relationships with operations and finance stakeholders
- Analyzing financial and operational data for business growth
- Preparing and presenting business cases to senior leaders by offering insights & providing ad-hoc analysis
- Identifying process improvements and opportunities
- Owning the Budget/Forecast process for the operations streams
- You speak English fluently, additional European language is a plus
- You have a degree in business administration, finance, or similar
- You have at least 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or a similar role
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are used to working with various stakeholders on different levels
- You have excellent Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization skills, knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- You have strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and keep strict deadlines
