Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst

Reporting to the FP&A Senior Manager, the main responsibilities involve:

Build strong relationships with stakeholders in Operations & Finance
As part of the FP&A team, prepare and consolidate business plans, budgets and forecasts for the UK and Europe regions and for the global business functions, collaborating widely with operations and finance teams and global functional leaders.
Produce monthly/quarterly management reporting, commentary and variance analysis
Support the companies`s FP&A and Commercial Finance teams in delivering globally consistent reporting at contract and client level
Manage global in-month sales forecasting
Become a super-user of the Power BI reporting suite for the business, including delivering user training and scoping and testing enhancements to meet business needs.
Produce other operational and financial analysis, focused on contract performance and delivering business growth
Support Group Finance and the Finance Director with internal/external reporting requirements or queries
Support the Finance teams in delivering process improvements and opportunities

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in finance or FP&A roles in global teams
Strong proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Power BI, or similar).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
