Passionate about people and driven by purpose, this is a place where your skills will thrive, and your career will flourish.As a Payroll Consultant, you will be an integral part of a high-performing global team, ensuring payroll and data management services are delivered accurately, timely, and in line with local legislation. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while still being part of a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture.Responsibilities
  • Run end-to-end payroll processes with precision and efficiency for Dutch clients
  • Manage and respond to customer service tickets and calls within SLA timeframes
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and year-end reporting requirements
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on payroll-related matters and local legislation
  • Support apprentices and junior team members in data management or customer service
  • Conduct system maintenance testing and report technical issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes (DWIs)
  • Collaborate with third-party providers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify root causes of issues and suggest long-term solutions
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions within the team
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • Protect and manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
About You
  • Fluent in Dutch (written and verbal), with good command of English
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar function
  • Able to meet 100% of SLAs and quality standards
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new systems and processes
  • Familiar with compliance procedures and able to handle confidential data responsibly
