  • Design and execute complex data migration strategies.
  • Oversee data mapping, cleansing, and ETL processes for large-scale migrations.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies.
What do you have to offer?Years of experience: 4-6 years of data migration experience.Project management expertise: Able to manage complex data migration projects independently, including project timelines and resource management.Functional knowledge:
  • Strong knowledge of data governance and advanced data migration methodologies.
  • Understanding of industry regulations related to data management
Technical knowledge:
  • Advanced skills in SQL and proficiency with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, etc.).
  • Experience with large-scale data migrations across multiple platforms.
Certifications: Certifications in advanced ETL tools or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
Soft skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
Leadership skills: Capable of leading small teams and providing technical direction.
Business development: Able to identify opportunities to streamline data migration processes and enhance client value.
