- Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls to create engagement and provide them with product updates.
- It involves understanding the client's needs and goals and go-to person for anything and everything related to the client's experience
- Identify upsell opportunities to ensure the satisfaction of the clients and to add more value to their company.
- Analyze proactively your portfolio to make decisions and make an action plan for each company you are going to deal with.
- Recognize and proactively report trends, and potential weaknesses and help find the best solution to improve customers’ journeys and our product.
- You will work hand in hand with other teams (Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, Finance) to achieve Factorial's goals.
- You have Strategic Analytical Abilities and Exemplary Organizational Skills
- You are tech-savvy.
- You have experience managing customer portfolios (B2B) minimum 1 year.
- Experience with the SaaS environment is a plus.
- You have excellent communication skills and empathy.
- You are good at multitasking, problem solving and great team worker.
- You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
- You have previous experience dealing with churn cases (retention).
- You have done upselling.
- You have worked through KPI
- A proficient level of Spanish is required & professional English.We are international!

- Have 1/2 years experience as a Sales Channel Manager at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.
- You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
- You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.

- You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.
- Experience with partnership or channel sales.
- You have knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll.
- Experience in full cycle Sales B2B.
