In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and long-term success with our products and services.The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who understands business needs, drives account growth, and delivers an outstanding client experience. You will collaborate closely with sales, support, and product teams to deliver value at every stage of the customer journey.As an Account Manager on our team, you will:- Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of key clients- Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales to close deals- Understand client goals and align our solutions to their business needs- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance reporting- Act as the voice of the customer internally to inform product and service improvements- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and coordinate across departments as neededYour qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. - Have a solid Sales Background (outbound environment)
- Are achievement and goal oriented and motivated and self-starter
